  5. Once you have finished shopping, check your shopping cart to confirm your order is correct. Then, click 'proceed to checkout'.
  6. At the checkout, enter your name and address, and your payment details.
How do I exchange faulty stock?

You can use our online return request form, or contact the www.scoutsaj2010shop.com Customer Service team on 1800 993 335. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Stock Movement Voucher (SMV). You must obtain an SMV number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Send your item(s) to the address above. Please ensure that your SMV number is clearly displayed on the return packaging. You must ensure your return goods are sent via "Registered Post" otherwise Corporate Express will not supply any credits or replacements for goods not received.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

IMPORTANT
  1. The return must be received by www.scoutsaj2010shop.com within thirty (30) days of the SMV number being issued
  2. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by www.scoutsaj2010shop.com
  3. All returns must have an SMV number.
  4. Any item that is returned to www.scoutsaj2010shop.com without an SMV number will be returned to sender.
  5. Freight will be charged at the standard rate (please refer to our postage and handling page)
